New Album and Single

Murray has announced his eighth studio album Longing, set for release on 3 October 2025. The record marks his first independent release in over 20 years, returning to a model he last embraced with his debut album The Game in 2001. The new single Amy, which introduces a fresh creative direction, is already available for streaming.

The album features a range of styles, from blues-inspired tracks and stripped-back ballads to upbeat singalong moments. Murray has described the collection as the product of years of revisiting unfinished material, ultimately forming a cohesive body of work.
